Royals Ready To Celebrate "R" Town

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL today announced that the organization's seventh season will focus upon honoring the people, history, and landmarks of the Greater Reading Region. The 2007-08 marketing campaign will utilize the tag line "R-Team/R-Town" as the center-piece in game night promotions, community activities, charitable efforts, and a new line merchandise. The tag line is embodied in a logo designed by Joe Bosack, president and founder of The Joe Bosack Graphic Design Company of Philadelphia, who incorporated the team's secondary logo-the "R Crown"-as the graphic anchor for the tag line.

For the second consecutive season, the Royals will kick off this year's marketing campaign with a photo contest for fans. This year, the team is encouraging fans to submit photographs focusing on landmarks within the Greater Reading Region, while prominently displaying the fans themselves-decked out in their Royals' gear, of course.
